How to install the GripStand Mount
Peel the backing off the mount, press it firmly to a clean, flat surface, leave it empty for 24 hours while the adhesive sets, then bring the cased remote to it and let the magnet do the rest. This video walks through all four steps.

How do I know if my remote will fit the case?
Check the compatibility section on each product page. The Siri case fits the Apple TV Siri Remote 2nd and 3rd Gen only, and the Roku case fits the Roku Voice Remote.
How long does the glow-in-the-dark last?
Sky Glow and Lime Glow give a bright glow for up to 10 minutes after the lights go off, softening over the next few hours. Glow strength depends on how much light the case was exposed to and how dark the room is.
How can I return a defective product that has passed Amazon’s return window but is less than two years old?
