Does StandShield™ fit my remote?
StandShield™ is designed to fit the Alexa Voice Remote Pro 2022 release only. All other makes & models will not fit.
How long does the glow-in-the-dark last?
Typically, you should experience a bright glow of up to five minutes, slowly softening over the next hour. Please note: glow intensity depends on light exposure, duration, and room darkness.
How can I return a defective product that has passed Amazon’s return window but is less than two years old?
